The export is all or nothing, which again will end up with duplicates in some cases.

What I can't do is bulk export only those contacts or change where they are synced. At that point I can even select all of the contacts in that category and delete them if I want to. It will let me choose any of those categories and then show only contacts from that category. I'm trying to avoid that if possible.Īs you can see in the screens below, the Samsung "Contacts" app on my phone will show me the different "categories" (which service they are synced up to) of contacts. Gmail or Yahoo) to move over to their work account. I wouldn't necessarily want to grab their personal contacts (i.e. For example they may have Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Verizon Cloud, local contacts, etc. The problem I run into is that there could be multiple types of contacts on the phone. Is there any better way of handling this? I'd like to avoid potentially losing or duplicating contacts. What is my best option for getting these into Office 365? Is there an app that anyone could recommend that would let me export only "local contacts" or "Verizon Cloud contacts?" I wouldn't mind if I have to export to a VCF file and then manually import that to their Outlook account. I don't see any way to force those local contacts to sync to Outlook. If I disable the Verizon Cloud app, that appears to leave the contacts on the phone as local only. We have several different models of phone so it would need to be a solution that isn't specific to a certain model. We are primarily using the Outlook app on our phones.

To do this I need to figure out how to convert or import any existing contacts over to Office 365. We have recently moved over to Office 365 and I'd like to phase out Verizon Cloud.

At my location these are primarily Android phones but we do have some iPhones as well. Up to this point we have been using Verizon Cloud to back up contacts on our phones. I'm sure it has but can't find a good answer anywhere. I apologize if this has been asked before.
